SECTION 20 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

The Return Policy on this website is part of these Terms. In summary:

UK orders only. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with tags, original packaging where supplied, and proof of purchase.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay tracked return postage.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we cover reasonable return postage and will replace or refund it.
If an order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it on request and refund you in full. Once dispatched, use the 30-day return policy after delivery.
Accepted refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. There is no restocking fee.
